Fuzzy screen on power up

Hi all!

Iím curious if anyone elseís display shows a full square full of coloured dots for couple of seconds when they first turn her on?

Mines always done it, across a few revs of firmware. Sheís otherwise perfect so itís not an issue at all but Iíve always been curious if theyíre all like that

Cheers!

It's not unusual for the controllers on OLEDs to display noise until the correct display settings have been loaded in as the (in this case) synth boots, so nothing to worry about.

Had the rev 2 16 voice since initial shipping last year and its always done that as far as i can remember. The dots are not colored, just typical OLED hash, all one color.

What we're probably seeing is the empty display buffer RAM content briefly before it's filled with data from the OS.
Perfectly fine. Nothing to worry about.
